Entry to our Kingfisher Tea Room is free.
The tea room is open all year and entry is free; you do not have to visit the garden to enjoy the tea room.
We serve snacks, light lunches, sandwiches and home made cakes all day. A summer speciality is our home made scones served with jam and clotted cream and your choice of Fair Trade tea or coffee.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
Entry to our gift shop is free.
The gift shop stocks a great selection of cards, books, jewellery and unusual gifts, a large number of which are produced locally.
Accessibility -
The garden, our tea room, gift shop and plant sales both bird hides and one of our boats are fully accessible. We have three mobility scooters and two wheelchairs which we are able to lend visitors (please book in advance). All we ask is for a small donation to help maintain them. Please note that as we are a woodland garden some areas may be a little bumpy.
Our sensory garden has been created with our mobility and visually impaired visitors in mind. We have created a Braille guide for this part of the garden and guides for other parts of the garden will be available in the future. Most of our information boards throughout the garden have Braille panels.
